In order to provide the execution of the order № 443 and taking into account the requirements and recommendations of the international standard ISO 37001:2016 "International requirements and recommendations for the use of anti-corruption management systems", decree № 72-f of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 17, 2020 and Uzbekistan order № 194 of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 25, 2021 and the Order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 22, 2021 "Introduction of the Compliance Control System in the Higher Education System and Anti-Corruption"
ORDERED:
1. To all vice-rectors of the Institute, faculty deans, heads of departments and chairs:
- " Anti-corruption policy of the Institute " to Appendix 1;
- "Methodology of assessment of corruption risks in the Institute" to Appendix 2;
- "Regulation on conflict of interest in the institute" to Appendix 3;
- "Regulations on receiving and considering reports of corrupt behavior at the Institute through communication channels" to Appendix 4;
- "Instructions on organization of training of employees of the institute in the field of ethics and anti-corruption" to Appendix 5;
- "Instructions for checking counterparties in the institute" to Appendix 6;
- "Regulation on the formation and presentation of the report on the state of the anti-corruption system in the institute" to Appendix 7;
- "Regulations on conducting service inspections on cases of corrupt behavior and violations of the rules of ethics of employees in the Institute" to Appendix 8;
- "Important performance indicators in the field of anti-corruption in the institute" to Appendix 9;
- "Regulation on the Department of Management of the "Compliance-Control" System to Fight Against Corruption in the Institute" to Appendix 10; -"Regulation on responsible employees and coordinators of the management department of the "compliance-control" system to fight against corruption in the institute" to Appendix 11;
- "Regulation on Ethics Commission at the Institute" to Appendix 12;
- "Instructions on including an anti-corruption article in the contracts of departments included in the structural structure of the Institute" should be approved in accordance with Appendix 13.
2. The head of the Department of Management of the "Compliance Control" system to fight against corruption should organize an explanation of the content and essence of these regulations and guidelines to managers, professors, teachers, and students.
3. The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2021 "On approval of the regulations of the units of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the functional duties of employees" It should be noted that Appendix 22 of order № 197 has become invalid.
4. I leave the control of the execution of this order to myself.
