On appointment of state scholarships of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Navoi, Beruni, Ulugbek, Ibn Sina, Imam al-Bukhari, Islam Karimov, Tolepbergen Kaipbergenov, Ibraim Yusupov) for 2021/2022 academic year and execution of the order MHand SSE № 52 from 14.02.2022.

In accordance with the decision No. 226 dated October 13, 2008 "On awarding and financial incentives to talented youth of Uzbekistan" in the academic year 2021/2022, higher educational institutions of the republic awarding state scholarships to talented students studying in the last two years of the bachelor's degree and the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In order to ensure the implementation of Order No. 52 of February 14, 2022
DECREE:
1. To all vice rectors of the institute, heads of departments, deans of faculties and heads of departments; For the academic year 2021/2022, republican higher education institutions will award undergraduate students of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and state scholarships named after (Navoi, Beruni, Ulug'bek, Ibn Sina, Imam al-Bukhari, Islam Karimov, Tolepbergen Qaipbergenov , Ibrayim Yusupov) and the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 52 dated 14.02.2022 should be accepted for leadership and implementation.
2. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State according to the report of the selection committee on selection of candidates for scholarships dated February 14, 2022, it should be taken into account that the scholarships of the President of the Republic are awarded in accordance with the 1st appendix and the named state scholarships (Beruniy, Islam Karimov) are awarded in accordance with the 3rd and 4th appendix.
3. Vice-Rector for Finance and Economics (A.Rajabov) and chief accountant (O'. Berdikulov);
According to Appendix 1 of Order No. 52 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 14, 2022:
-The winner of the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan became a student of the faculty "Management in Construction", group 401- "Production and Management Organisation" Turdymurodov Jasur Ilkhomovich to be appointed a scholarship in the amount of 2191 541 (two million one hundred and ninety one thousand five hundred and forty one) soums from 1 September 2021 during the academic year 2021/2022.
-According to Appendix 3, the winners of the Beruniy scholarship are Shamiyev Jahangir Abdugaffar ugli, a student of 501 group of architectural education of the faculty of "Architecture" and Student of the faculty of "Engineering and Communication Construction" 4O4- group of Engineering and Communication Construction and Installation Shermatov Navozbek Nizomiddin from 1 September 2021 to be appointed a scholarship in the amount of 1 461 027 (one million four hundred sixty one thousand twenty seven) soums during the academic year for 2021/2022;
-According to Appendix 4, the winner of the scholarship named after Islam Karimov is a student of group "301-Economics (by branches and industries)" of the faculty of "Management in construction" Sherzodova Diyora Sherzod kizi from the 1 September 2021 to 2021/2022 academic year will be assigned a scholarship in the amount of 1461027 (one million four hundred sixty one thousand twenty seven) soums.
- Scientific supervisor of the chair "Economics of Construction and Management", associate professor Usmanov Ilhom Achilovich, winner of the scholarship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, scientific supervisor of the winner of the scholarship of Islam Karimov, senior lecturer of the chair "Economics of Construction and Management" Rakhimov Sanzhar Abdulahatovich, scientific supervisors of the winner of the scholarship Beruniy Islamova Dilnoza Gayratovna, senior lecturer of the chair "History and History of Architecture" and the chair "Heat and Gas Supply, Ventilation and Service" Professor Sabir Murodulloyevich Boboev and the institution responsible for entering candidate's documents into the Scholarship.edu.uz system by universities Head of the department for organising students' research activities Kasimova Farogat Abdurakhmonovna should be financially encouraged in the amount of one monthly salary in accordance with the established procedure.
- Participating in the Islam Karimov state scholarship competition, the non-prize-winning student of the 404th architectural environment design educational group, Shokirova Parvina Kamalovna, is awarded by certificate from the rector of the institute, and be given a one-time incentive from the student incentive fund in the amount of 2 times the amount of a partial scholarship
4. Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations to E. Kh. Isakov; State scholarships named after the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Beruni, Islam Karimov in the 2021/2022 academic year Prize-winners of the Council of the Institute, students and the public will be provided introduction and wide coverage in social networks of the institute.
5. The head of the institute office (F. Abdusaidova) should be entrusted with the task of conveying this order to all officials.
