A CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL WAS HELD IN SamSACU

On March 11, a consultation council was held at the Mirzo Ulugbek Samarkand State University of architecture and construction on the development of the plan of the Shirin area of the Karasuv massif of the city of Samarkand.

In it, Nadir Dogan, the head of the project organization “ND IMAR” of Turkey, said that the leading specialists of the organization were Fatih Katar, Bushra Nur Bardakchı, the chief architect of the province S.Narzikulov, Samarkand City chief architect Sh.Dzhumayev, as well as the heads and leading employees of the road construction department, the Organization for the management and organization of Rural territorial lands, the municipal organization “Water Supply” LLC, the Organization of heat and gas supply and other engineering and communication networks organizations and the rector of the University Mrs.Chig’dem Turkyilmaz, vice-rector of the University for Scientific Affairs and innovation A.Gadayev, University Professor K.Rakhimov, dean of the Faculty of Architecture D.Kamalova, professor of the Department of Architectural Design E.Professor of the Department of Turkyilmaz, Highways, ground and foundations P.Ahmedzade, associate professor of the Department of preservation and design of objects of cultural heritage B.Schener and the University's leading experts in the field, professors and teachers participated.

The Consultative Council discussed the development plan of the city of Samarkand, taking into account the historically rich cultural heritage, its place and prestige in the world, the future prospects and infrastructure of the city, the growth dynamics of urban planning, the potential of Tourism and the place of important objects. In the development of the project, Social and economic solutions were determined, taking into account various natural factors in determining the master plan and its basic urban planning strategy and bringing it to a perfect level.

Useful feedback and feedback on the project was expressed by experts. In the development of the plan of the city of Samarkand, a strategy for its complex and sustainable development was identified. Recommendations and opinions expressed during the discussion until the next presentation of the project, it was planned to include all the stated principles in the composition of the project and bring it to a perfect level, as well as to pass the completed stages through the discussion.

 

THE NEXT ADVISORY COUNCIL WAS HELD

On March 16, the next Advisory Council on the development of the plan of the “Karasuv Massif” Shirin area of the city of Samarkand was held at the Samarkand State University of architecture and construction named after Mirzo Ulugbek.

In it, the members of the Council in question were Ch.Turkyilmaz, N.Dogan, A.Gadayev, K.Rakhimov, D.Kamalova, E.Turkyilmaz, P.Akhmedzade, B.Taneri, A.Aymatov, B.Schener, F.Cathar, B.Bardakchı, T.Eshonkulov, A.Kodirov took part.

Chidem Turkyilmaz, rector of the University, spoke about the relevance, content and essence of the work. He also presented the plan and the development plan of the city of Samarkand by Nadir Dogan, head of the project organization “ND IMAR” of Turkey, and referenced the project of territorialization, which was modified on the basis of the innovative ideas put forward in it and the recommendations made earlier in its priorities.

During the consultation process, University Professor K.Rakhimov touched on the importance of the Black environment in urban planning. First of all, he stressed that it is important to be able to highlight the innovative part of the project, provide alternative power to the project, create a smart city concept, organize sports fields, organize reclamation areas and divide the park-park project into stages, attract entrepreneurs in the implementation of the project in the future and create sufficient conditions for them.

Talib Eshonkulov, deputy for Economic Affairs of the unified customer engineering company of the Samarkand Regional Municipality, stated in the plan that it is important to implement a zoo (zoo) project for the city of Samarkand on the basis of the government's decision in 2018 and that it is advisable to create conservation areas and design it on the basis of these urban planning norms.

Also, the head of the Unified Customer Engineering Company of the Samarkand region, Kodirov Anvar Sobirovich, expressed his thoughts on the issue of improving the project and bringing it to the final stage, ensuring the implementation of the agreements in the contract.
