Under the University, The Project Scientific Research Center was established!
In order to ensure the implementation of paragraph 28 of the roadmap for transformation and complex development of the Mirzo Ulugbek State University of architecture and Construction, approved by Annex 2 of the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 8, 2022 of PQ-416 on measures for further improvement of the personnel training system in the field of Architecture and construction.
Established under the state institution of Samarkand State University of architecture and construction named after Mirzo Ulugbek, the center has a Category II license “activity for the development of architectural urban planning documents " No. 074863 by the Ministry of construction and housing and communal services of the Republic of Uzbekistan and carries out work on the following types:
- Checking the technical condition of buildings and structures;
- Perform engineering-technical searches (except engineering-Geodetic searches) for construction objects;
-Development of project-estimate documentation of facilities and complexes for the construction of housing estates, including the design of their engineering networks and systems;
-Development of project-estimate documentation of facilities and complexes for the construction of water farms, including the design of their engineering networks and systems;
- Development of documents on the construction of territories of settlements;
- Agriculture is their engineering branch
design: heating, ventilation, air conditioning; and design systems;
- Design of Transport and road construction facilities and complexes, including their engineering networks and systems;
- Design of main engineering industries (except for main gas pipelines, oil pipelines and oil products pipelines ) ;
- Development of project-estimate documentation for the construction, reconstruction and repair of common-use highways;
- Documents for the repair of architectural monuments;
- Designing the "Metal object constructions" section;
- Design of the section "structures of reinforced concrete objects";
- Development of project-estimate documentation for the strengthening of buildings and structures;
- Development of project-estimate documentation for the strengthening of buildings and structures;
- Engineering networks and systems of buildings and structures
- Design of engineering networks and systems of buildings and structures: plumbing and sewage;
- Design of engineering networks and systems of buildings and structures: gas supply;
- Design of engineering networks and systems of buildings and structures: energy supply;
